About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, Kids Club you will oversee the daily operation and organization of the Atlantis Kids Club and Nanny Services and ensuring all activities and programs are adhered to as per resort standards. You will monitor the team\'s compliance with health & safety procedures as well as identify and deliver necessary training in line with departmental needs. Planning theme parties, carrying out special events and overseeing the nanny service schedule are also an essential part of the role. Additionally, as Assistant Manager you will be in charge of the team schedule, producing detailed reports, monitoring expenses and playing an active role in recruitment.

About You

Ideally, you will have a bachelor\'s degree in Recreation Administration, Sports Management, Leisure Education, Hospitality, or another related field with a minimum of 2 years\' experience in a similar position within the luxury property. Person in this role has to be fully trained in caring for children of ages 4-12 ensuring that they are attended to in a correct manner, as well as in handling various children\'s incidents and behaviors. You will contribute to expanding the entertainment programs, be mindful of activities diversity and feel comfortable sharing new creative ideas.
