Handling Talent Management & Talent Acquisition for Lifestyle Group
Recruitment for QSR industry
Well-versed with HRMS (SAP) is preferred
MIS Reporting & Documentation
Ability to work with multi-stakeholders/tasks proactively within prescribed deadlines.
& analytical skills.
Handle the administration function with respect to staff welfare Minimum
Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resource Management
Minimum Experience 8 years
Age -30 -35
- Experience in QSR industry
- Exposure in managing HR of large multiple businesses having 40-50 stores
- Strong computer proficiency is highly preferred particularly in excel, word, and PowerPoint
