Job Category: Human Capital : Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end performance management (probation, goal setting, mid and year end appraisal) cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Organize and lead talent forums, succession planning, and aging of talent reviews. Develop policies on the same also.
Track and analyze key talent and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Building training modules on the above topics and training various stakeholders on the same.
Managing multiple HR and business stakeholders to drive forward key talent management concepts
Individual will be required to work on a lot of data analysis and trends and present lots of customized information for stakeholders to keep them aligned to the key metrics
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA in HR with at least 5 years of experience in managing talent and performance.
Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and proficiency in Excel.
Prior experience with Oracle systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
