Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end performance management (probation, goal setting, mid and year end appraisal) cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Organize and lead talent forums, succession planning, and aging of talent reviews. Develop policies on the same also.
  • Track and analyze key talent and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Building training modules on the above topics and training various stakeholders on the same.
  • Managing multiple HR and business stakeholders to drive forward key talent management concepts
  • Individual will be required to work on a lot of data analysis and trends and present lots of customized information for stakeholders to keep them aligned to the key metrics
Qualifications & Skills:
  • MBA in HR with at least 5 years of experience in managing talent and performance.
  • Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Prior experience with Oracle systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
