Job Description
Assistant Manager -HR
with a strong background in the UAE automotive industry to oversee all human resource functions in our Premium car Service Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:Manpower Planning & Recruitment
- Sourcing, hiring, and onboarding skilled automotive professionals.Payroll & Compensation Management
- Ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, incentives, and compliance with UAE labor laws.Visa & PRO Services
- Handling visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with government authorities.Employee Relations
- Managing workplace policies, conflict resolution, and staff welfare.Compliance & Documentation
- Ensuring adherence to labor laws, maintaining HR records, and handling audits.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
