to support the day-to-day operations of our HR and Administration departments. The ideal candidate will assist in executing HR processes, ensuring office operations run smoothly, and supporting management in delivering efficient administrative and employee services.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources
Assist in recruitment activities: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employee documentation and induction materials.
Coordinate leave management, attendance tracking, and timesheet collection.
Assist with performance appraisal processes and training coordination.
Support payroll preparation by providing necessary HR data (attendance, leave, new joiners, etc.).
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Administration
Handle general office management tasks.
Support logistics for meetings, events, and staff activities.
Manage travel bookings, visa renewals, and staff accommodation arrangements (if applicable).
Prepare administrative reports, letters, and memos as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR and/or office administration roles.
Familiarity with Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
