Qualifications

Proven experience in housing, property management, or facilities administration. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in housing or property management. Excellent leadership and supervisory skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with associates and vendors. Ability to manage budgets, prepare reports, and oversee financial operations.
