About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, Housekeeping Public Area, you will be assisting the Public Area Manager in overseeing the overall public area operations and ensuring the housekeeping team complies with health & safety procedures. The successful applicant will maintain reports and delegate assignments to the Public Area team. Besides, we expect you to provide excellent customer service, and maintain or improve FORBES service standards. An ideal candidate must demonstrate a clear passion for customer service and the willingness to learn various areas of resort operations.

About You

If you have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager within a luxury property as well as previous experience in Public Area operations. If you have the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against a business strategy, we invite you to apply for this unique opportunity.
