About The Role

As the Assistant Manager for Gym and Fitness, you will assist the leadership team in achieving revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the Gym & Wellness Operations, ensuring guest and staff expectations are exceeded. With emphasis on the fitness and wellness center operation, it is expected you will oversee daily operations with focus on impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards, constant guest interaction and contact.

Immaculate personal presentation, grooming and a higher than average physical fitness level is essential in this role, as is the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first-class experience.

About You

Ideally, we would love you to hold an internationally or regionally recognized fitness related qualification, certification or degree and a minimum of 3 years\' experience working in a Fitness Centre or Spa in a similar capacity, preferably within the region.

It is essential that you have previous experience working in five-star establishments, have the ability to engage in, organize, lead and participate in a variety of physical fitness training modalities and sporting events and important that you understand and are passionate about the spa, fitness and wellness industry.
