About the Role

As an Assistant Manager Pool, your primary responsibility is to uphold and ensure the highest standards and quality in the Food and Beverage (F&B) operation. This involves actively engaging and motivating colleagues by providing comprehensive training, coaching, and maintaining strong communication channels. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in overseeing departmental profitability, actively participating in auditing processes, managing stock control, and contributing to recruitment efforts.

About you

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Manager Pool position should possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years\' experience in a comparable role within the context of a luxury hotel or restaurant. International experience is highly preferred, showcasing adaptability and a global perspective. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential for effectively engaging and motivating colleagues. The successful candidate should demonstrate unwavering commitment to and passion for the food and beverage industry, contributing to the overall success and excellence of the operation.
