About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Assistant Manager - Finance (VAT & UAE Compliance)
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations, support financial planning and reporting, and assist in strengthening our internal control environment.Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full
compliance with UAE VAT laws
, including timely filing of VAT returns and maintaining accurate records. Review financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements. Supportexternal and internal audits
and liaise with tax authorities when necessary. Overseeaccounts payable/receivable, reconciliations
, and monthly closing activities. Assist in developing and implementingfinancial policies, procedures, and controls
. Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and variance reports for decision-making. Stay updated onUAE tax regulations and FTA updates
to ensure ongoing compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and efficiency.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or professional qualification preferred).Professional certifications
such asCA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or UAE VAT Diploma
preferred.3-6 years of experience
in finance/accounting, includingat least 2 years in VAT & compliance
within the UAE. Strong understanding ofUAE VAT regulations, IFRS, and FTA guidelines
. Advanced proficiency inMS Excel
andERP systems
(e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Tally). Excellentanalytical, communication, and leadership skills
.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
