Job Description
Position Summary
1. Improve customers\' purchase experience and maximize sales by devising platform strategies, collecting business requests, developing services and spreading them globally.
2. Contribute to sales and conduct tasks including promotions and strategic task launching effectively through stable platform operation.
3. Lay a solid foundation for stable platform operation through infrastructure advancement and security/performance(Website\'s download speed and back-end performance)/architecture enhancement.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Platform Strategy] Collect business requests, establish business processes, plan services and design solutions.
2. [Project Management] Enhance and roll out(development specification, timeline, budget) functionalities and advance the development of new functionalities.
3. [Platform Operation] Launch tasks, manage incidents, enhance security and performance of infrastructure, improve download performance and optimize search engines(SEO), and perform tagging work.

- Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
- Typically requires minimum 5 years\' of related experience and a Bachelor\'s degree, or 3 years and a Master\'s degree; or a PhD without experience
