Geographic management: You will be the primary functional lead for local country distributors' E-Commerce teams across the Middle East. They will look to you for leadership, guidance and advice to develop their overall E-Commerce business and P&L profitability. This includes but is not limited to digital brand development, channel expansion, campaign management and platform development.
Digital Brand management: This role will focus on the development of the brand across all our online E-Commerce and Digital properties (DTC or on platforms such as Amazon, etc.). You will be the key E-Commerce stakeholder responsible for ensuring our brand is properly represented throughout the entire E-Commerce ecosystem.
Platform engagement: You will engage the region's key platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.) directly to plan campaigns, product offerings, investments and new initiatives (e.g. hyper-fast delivery) in order to drive our Brands' share of business on these marketplaces.
Regional campaigns: Drive regionally led campaigns that span multiple countries
Regional projects: Initiate, own and lead regional projects (new site launches, functionality enhancements) to drive consistent adoption across multiple countries. This involves working closely with local distributor teams to adopt regional and/or global UI/UX and web tools within each distributor's technology ecosystem.
Rolling out best practices: Have a regional view of successes across the Middle East region and replicate across multiple countries so that we do not need to reinvent the wheel every time.
Tracking & reporting: Have an analytics-driven approach to driving your business
Qualifications: Education Minimum Bachelor's Degree holder in E-Commerce, Online Marketing or a related field. Experience * Able to lead and work with people at all levels across the organization
