Job Description
FiaFia Dubai is looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to lead our Soft Play Area, Birthday Parties and F&B. If you have a talent for a team leadership and love for building joyful environments, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and manage the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, fun, and outstanding service within the play areas.
Design and implement engaging activities and events to make every visit memorable.
Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in managing a soft play area or a similar venue.
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, enthusiastic approach.
A commitment to safety, quality, and creating a magical atmosphere for families.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
