Responsibilities:

Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism Assist and resolve any customer issues efficiently Promote salon services and packages to drive sales Manage and grow our Instagram account (posts, reels, stories, DMs) Respond to leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales Capture and edit engaging videos for social media Communicate effectively with clients and team members Support the salon manager with daily operations

Requirements:

Experience in customer service and salon environment in Dubai Good communication and sales skills Confident using Instagram and video editing apps Friendly, proactive, and presentable Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
