Assistant Manager in BATTLEWORLD

About Us:

We're a fast-growing VR entertainment company with multiple branches across the UAE, delivering immersive virtual reality experiences in a clean, fun, and customer-first environment. As we continue expanding, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager to help drive operational excellence.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager will support daily operations, ensure company standards are upheld across branches, and lead quality control initiatives. This role combines hands-on leadership with regular site visits and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct administrative and operational support to the General Manager in all areas of business management. Assist with the coordination and follow-up of marketing campaigns, budget tracking, staff schedules, and KPI reporting. Support in organizing and overseeing events, meetings, and daily venue activities. Liaise with staff, suppliers, and external partners on behalf of the General Manager. Assist in managing and pushing the sales pipeline using CRM and booking system analytics. Maintain schedules, manage travel plans, and ensure timely completion of priority tasks. Participate in internal audits and contribute to business growth initiatives. Be ready to travel between branches as required to ensure seamless operational support. Audit CRM and sales call performance to ensure lead quality and conversion. Evaluate branch operations, cleanliness, and staff readiness through regular visits. Support branch managers with training, scheduling, and staffing. Identify and report operational issues, customer feedback, and improvement areas. Help to improve sales Help implement and uphold standard operating procedures company-wide.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of CRM and sales workflows. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to travel frequently across the UAE. UAE driving license and car preferred.
