Assistant Manager

Locations:

Reports to: Branch Manager

Role Summary:



The AM plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, leading the team in delivering an exceptional client experience. You will be responsible for supporting team coordination, communicating effectively with both staff and clients, and handling financial procedures with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:



Operational Responsibilities:

o? ?Open and close the studio on time, following checklist protocols for safety, cleanliness, and readiness.

o? ?Oversee daily operations to ensure consistent service standards and smooth guest flow.

o? ?Ensure treatment areas (sauna, ice baths, therapy zones) are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with hygiene protocols.

o? ?Coordinate with receptionists, therapists, and cleaners to ensure duties are completed efficiently.

Team Supervision & Communication:

o? ?Lead daily briefings, support shift scheduling, and relay any operational updates from management.

o? ?Act as the point of contact between the team and the manager.

o? ?Support onboarding of new team members and ensure SOPs are followed.

o? ?Manage any guest escalations professionally, ensuring concerns are resolved swiftly.

Cash Handling & Financial Duties:

o? ?Oversee daily cash reconciliation and end-of-day reports.

o? ?Ensure POS transactions are accurately completed and logged.

o? ?Monitor stock usage (ice, towels, amenities) and report replenishment needs.

o? ?Secure all financial documentation and safely handle studio funds.

Customer Service:

o? ?Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a 5-star client journey from entry to exit.

o? ?Educate clients on services and packages, helping with upselling where appropriate.

o? ?Address customer feedback professionally and escalate when needed.

Requirements:



o? ?Previous junior managament or senior receptionist experience in a wellness, spa, or hospitality setting (minimum 2 years).

o? ?Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

o? ?Excellent communication skills (English required; other languages a bonus).

o? ?Confident handling cash and using POS systems.

o? ?Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

o? ?Passion for wellness, recovery, or holistic health is a plus.

Working Hours:



Flexible shifts including weekends, mornings (starting 7am) and evenings (closing up to 9:30pm) across various Dubai locations.
