We are looking for an Assistant Manager- Service Quality & Standards for one of our leading clients

  • Min 7-10 years experience

JOB DESCRIPTION & NEEDED BACKGROUND

  • Dealer monthly business performance monitor – service intake and parts sales revenue
  • Develop customer retention strategy – identifies potential opportunities to increase the revenue and development of the new system by tapping the potential opportunities.
  • Monitor the customer satisfaction index process, agree on corrective actions to address areas of improvement
  • Dealer standardization – identifies areas of improvement in facility, organization, skill, SOP and operation of dealer service centers.
  • Execution marketing plan and program – short term and long term
  • Benchmark survey by conducting regular survey of the market and competitor’s workshop, study and develop best industry practices.
  • Analysis of market UIO
  • Digital service marketing – execution digital marketing activities in dealers
  • Good analytical planning and presentation skill
