JOB DESCRIPTION & NEEDED BACKGROUND
Dealer monthly business performance monitor – service intake and parts sales revenue
Develop customer retention strategy – identifies potential opportunities to increase the revenue and development of the new system by tapping the potential opportunities.
Monitor the customer satisfaction index process, agree on corrective actions to address areas of improvement
Dealer standardization – identifies areas of improvement in facility, organization, skill, SOP and operation of dealer service centers.
Execution marketing plan and program – short term and long term
Benchmark survey by conducting regular survey of the market and competitor’s workshop, study and develop best industry practices.
Analysis of market UIO
Digital service marketing – execution digital marketing activities in dealers
Good analytical planning and presentation skill
