Education:

\xc2\xb7 Commerce or Finance Graduate/ CPA / CA/ ACCA/ MBA (Finance)

Experience: \xc2\xb7 6-8 years of relevant experience

Activities

Reporting:
  • Accounting, analysis and preparation of the monthly reporting (P&L, B/S, WCR, CMO) for TEMME-TEMUAE, Lubmarine RES1 and Africa Res1.
  • Preparation and monitoring of monthly OPEX analysis, Balance Sheet analysis, Cost of sales Reconciliations and Variable cost Analysis.
  • Ensure all Journal Vouchers (JVs) are adequately prepared, reviewed and posted in SAP for both entities.
  • Ensure TB is updated and reviewed for preparation of other closing files.
  • Preparation, presentation and monitoring of Monthly reporting, fixed cost, variable cost analysis with the Management. Ensure other reports as required by HO/APMO are timely completed and submitted.
  • Preparation of Annual Budget and LTP for both entities. Review and apply guidelines received from HO/APMO for LTP and budget. Prepare and review files before management review. Ensure Grids are timely updated.
  • Coordinate with other Finance functions and other Internal Departments to ensure completeness of the requirements for monthly/year-end reporting, Long Term Plan, Budgeting.
  • Coordinate with Shared service centre (SSC) Manila for Posting JVs, making schedules, Account reconciliation, clearing and related works.
  • Ensure all IFRS rules are adhered and related contracts are updated in SLAN for both entities. Ensure proper accounting as per IFRS rules and ensure it is adequately applied in reporting.
Audit and Issue of Financial Statements:
  • Liaise with the Auditors for Audit & responsible for finalization of Financial statements for TEMME and TEMUAE.
  • Coordinate with auditors and internal departments to provide all the necessary information required for completion of audit.
  • Preparation and review of lead sheet for audit and review of draft FS received from auditors. Ensure FS is issued with no major observations.
Other Key tasks:
  • PR approval: Approve PR received in Optima for TEMME and TEMUAE as per the correct details.
  • Submission and monitoring of Priority Accounting Controls (PAC) for both entities on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist the team in solving various systems related or other issues.
  • Participate in the enhancement of the existing policies and procedures to close all risk items emphasized by external auditors.
  • Help the team for IFRS 16 implementation as the trained staff in the team.
  • Help the team in updating ICV template and reconciliation.
  • Prepare key reports for CAP consolidation.
  • Other Adhoc works as and when Assigned including replacing other team members during their leave.
  • Verification and providing GL and cost centre of invoices issued by affiliates and suppliers to be booked via FB60.
OTHER OBJECTIVES

\xc2\xb7 Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position\'s roles and responsibilities.
