About The Role As an Assistant Manager of Banqueting and Conventions you will support the Banqueting Manager in supervising the floor function by assisting the kitchen and leading the service teams in accomplishing events based on the customers' requirements and our service standards. You will ensure that all banquet details, including decorations, layout, cleanliness and services are properly set up and follow our standards, policies and procedures. About You Ideally, we'd like you to have a minimum 3 years of relevant experience at a similar level in a luxury hotel or other experience related to this field. You will have played a key role in previous Banqueting functions and weddings and have experience supervising large events, adapting to changes, and have solid experience managing large teams, and dealing with a variety of different cultures. Previous international exposure in a hotel environment and undertsanding of business acumen is required.
