Job Purpose The purpose of this role is to assist with Community's financial operations, budgeting and accounting and Subsidiaries accounting. Main Responsibilities Monthly accounting and preparation of financial statement of Community along with necessary schedules. Managing community budget and RERA audit process. Managing interim and final audit of Communities. Managing and monitoring the Accounts Receivable and collection function of communities and ensuring timely invoicing and collection follow up. Managing customers queries for the communities. Managing Mollak system for the communities. Managing and monitoring the AP function of communities and ensuring timely booking and payment to vendors. Monthly closing activities of Subsidiary accounts (Journal vouchers, reconciliation etc.) Preparing schedules and assisting interim and final audit of Subsidiary accounts. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting/ CMA/ ACCA Experience 3-5 years of relevant experience (preference community)/ Home Owner Association Project management experience Good knowledge and strong analytical skills of numerical data Must have demonstrated ability in handling multiple priorities Ability to build and maintain strong rapport with colleagues across the various levels in the organization Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
