We're seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and support business growth at our luxury shoe and bag care spa. This role is both staff- and client-facing, involving service quality, team supervision, and expansion support.
Key Duties:
Oversee daily service operations and staff coordination Handle client interactions and resolve issues Budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning Support service improvements and growth initiatives
Requirements:
2-4 years in operations or service roles Strong communication and leadership skills Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
