As we grow, we're looking for an Assistant Studio Manager who can bring operational excellence, warm client engagement, and a proactive attitude to help build the Cor experience.

Your Role:

As Assistant Studio Manager, you'll work alongside the founder and team to ensure smooth daily operations, deliver exceptional client experiences, and support growth efforts through smart scheduling, sales, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee front-of-house operations and uphold a welcoming, premium environment Assist with daily scheduling of instructors, classes, and special sessions Support new client onboarding: tours, sign-ups, and service recommendations Handle member communications, feedback, and issue resolution Monitor studio inventory (towels, juices, merch) and manage stock levels Track KPIs: bookings, retention, membership growth, attendance Manage bookings via studio software (e.g., Mindbody or similar) Occasionally assist with basic marketing or social media coordination Train and support front desk and part-time team members Step in to lead the studio when the owner or studio manager is away
Who You Are:

2+ years in a boutique fitness, wellness, or hospitality role Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Sales-driven and service-oriented, with a calm, warm presence Tech-savvy with experience using scheduling or CRM systems Passionate about wellness, fitness, or Pilates (bonus if you practice it) Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus Able to work flexible hours (some evenings/weekends as needed)
