Job Summary:



The Assistant Leasing Manager supports the Leasing Manager in the execution of all leasing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple leases across retail leasing portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain accurate lease records, tenancy schedules, and related documentation across all retail spaces. Prepare and review lease agreements and ensure timely execution and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to facilitate lease approvals, payments, and compliance checks. Monitor critical lease dates (renewals, expirations, rent escalations) and proactively flag upcoming actions. Visit sites and conduct property inspections where required. Prepare leasing performance reports, presentations, and summaries for senior management.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of lease agreements and commercial leasing practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite) is an advantage. Fluent in English
