Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting all hotel IT systems including PMS (Property Management System), POS (Point of Sale), accounting, HR, and other hospitality-related applications.
Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of servers, networks, Wi-Fi, and communication systems.
Implementing upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance for hardware and software. Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and data security.
Monitor system performance and provide proactive solutions to reduce downtime. Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Provide IT support to guests, hotel staff, ensuring timely resolution of hardware/software issues.
Exploring new technologies to improve guest experience (e.g., mobile check-in, digital keys, in-room entertainment systems).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2-4 years of IT experience (preferably in the Hotel and Pre-opening experience will be an added advantage )
Strong knowledge of networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), Windows/Linux servers, and MS Office 365.
Hands-on experience with hotel systems (Opera PMS, Micros POS, or similar)
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection compliance.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
