Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned's Club, a private members' club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.

JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

ASSISTANT IN-ROOM DINING MANAGER

to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in elevating our in-room dining operations and ensuring our guests enjoy world-class service from the comfort of their rooms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Supervise, train, and motivate in-room dining staff to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences. Oversee order accuracy, presentation standards, and timely delivery of all in-room dining requests. Monitor guest feedback and work proactively to exceed expectations and resolve issues. Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in compliance with hotel policies. Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Contribute to departmental budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally within a luxury hotel environment. At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in room service or similar. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial principles. A passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
