Housekeeping Manager

to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our properties always look their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily housekeeping operations across all properties. Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution. Prepare reports on housekeeping performance, staff productivity, and expenses.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor, preferably in hospitality or property management. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and equipment. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards. Flexible with working hours as needed.
