Every day is different, but you\xe2\x80\x99ll mostly be:

\xe2\x97\x8f Managing, coaching, and developing a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards

\xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining and ordering supplies and equipment \xe2\x80\x93 while minimising waste \xe2\x80\x93 in support of our green initiatives

\xe2\x97\x8f Helping to refine and prepare budgets that help us maximise profitability

\xe2\x97\x8f Addressing special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors and VIP Club members

\xe2\x97\x8f Assisting with deep cleaning projects and occasionally assisting your team during busy periods

\xe2\x97\x8f Educating all team members on the importance of remaining compliant with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards

What We need from you:

\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and strong interpersonal strong skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s Degree/higher education qualification/equivalent in hospitality or related field

\xe2\x97\x8f 2+ years total experience in a catering setting or related field

\xe2\x97\x8f Position may have additional qualifications per brand standard
