This Assistant House Manager position involves overseeing the management of a 5-bedroom family villa. You will work alongside the current House Manager to supervise staff, oversee staff policies, maintain standards, coordinate maintenance and security, schedule service contractors, and greet and care for guests. Travel will also be required. The household team includes housekeepers, chefs, drivers, and nannies, and the family has two young children aged 1 and 5. The working schedule will be 6 days on/ 1 day off, with 24-hour cover being shared between staff members to ensure the household's needs are met. In addition to the monthly salary, the package includes flights and visa, and 4 weeks of paid holiday. This is a perfect role for a professional Assistant House Manager with great team leadership, interpersonal and management skills. The candidate: To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience working in a senior position in a private household or hospitality sector.
