As the Hotel Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a hotel-style apartment property. This includes front desk services, guest relations, housekeeping coordination, maintenance scheduling, and staff supervision. Your goal is to maintain high occupancy, ensure resident satisfaction, and uphold hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing front office, housekeeping, and guest services operations
Ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests and residents
Handle tenant and guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Support leasing and marketing efforts for short- and long-term stays
Supervise and schedule staff; assist in hiring and training
Oversee cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of apartments and common areas
Help monitor occupancy, revenue, and service performance metrics
Maintain records, reports, and compliance with company and hospitality standards
Step in to lead operations in the absence of the General Manager
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in hotel, hospitality
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with hospitality or property management software
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and guest experiences
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
* Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
