The Assistant Head will play a vital role in leading learning and innovation. The role will require an exceptional and charismatic leader, who has a clear vision for what makes a successful lower KS2 department within an international school. They will have experience of leadership within this context or similar, in a school environment, and will be someone who can develop lasting positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents alike.
