The Role BSH is looking for a positive, driven and inspirational Assistant Head Teacher to join the school’s senior leadership team. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and a post-graduate qualification in education.
• Have a proven record of raising attainment and improving progress.
• Have an excellent understanding of teaching and learning.
• Be proficient in the development and adaptation of curriculum in a key subject.
• Have a proven track record of excellent classroom and pedagogical practice.

Desirable

• National Professional Qualification Senior Leadership (NPQSL).
• Ability to oversee and implement the analysis of student outcomes.
• Understand curriculum design and the concept of a developing an aspirational, cumulative curriculum.
