Assist the Foreman in managing daily operations on the construction site. Coordinate work schedules and activities for crew members and subcontractors. Monitor work progress and report any issues or delays to the Foreman. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on site. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control on all work performed. Provide support in training and developing crew members. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience in a construction or trades environment, preferably in a leadership role. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
