Job Description
1. JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Foreman supports the Foremen in on-site construction tasks, ensuring work progresses efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Foreman in performing assigned tasks efficiently and correctly. Perform construction tasks as per project specifications and quality requirements. Supervise 10-15 skilled/unskilled labor.
3. QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in a construction environment. Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and tools. Ability to read drawings. Ability to speak native language of laborers.
4. SKILLS & ABILITIES
Good communication and coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
