The Assistant F&B Manager is responsible for supporting daily operations while actively seeking and developing new business opportunities. The role focuses on increasing sales and revenue, expanding the hotel's client base, and leveraging strong market networks to bring in business, alongside ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Actively find and bring in new business for all F&B outlets through networking, corporate contacts, and partnerships.

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, revenue, and profitability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event organizers, and corporate partners.

Identify new market opportunities, trends, and customer demands.

Assist in managing F&B operations, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Monitor budgets, costs, and inventory to maximize profitability.

Support the training and motivation of F&B staff to achieve sales and service targets.

Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations with a strong focus on business development and sales.

Wide professional network within the market (corporate, events, catering, and hospitality).

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to achieve targets and generate revenue growth.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Skills:

Proven F&B management experience Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently Mastery in delegating multiple tasks Communication and leadership skills Up to date with F&B trends and best practices Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets Guest-oriented and service-minded Culinary school diploma or degree in Hospitality / Food Service management or related field
