, vendor management, and team coordination, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Facilities Manager in managing daily operations of all facilities-related activities
Supervise maintenance staff, subcontractors, and service providers
Monitor and ensure the performance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Assist in budget preparation and cost control
Handle tenant and client concerns efficiently and professionally
Prepare reports, maintenance logs, and other documentation as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role
Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and FM software (e.g., CAFM systems)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
