Essentials:

At least 3-5 years' experience in the UAE.

Must have knowledge in full FM operations. (SOFT & HARD SERVICES)

Must have strong personality and can handle staff.

Have the ability to communicate well to the staff, and can decide on his own.

Can support Facility Manager in overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of a facility.

Ability to prepare the schedule and oversee maintenance task, preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs.

Assisting with preparation of reports, maintaining records and track key performance.

Effectively communicating with internal & external stakeholders regarding facility related matters.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritized effectively and meet deadlines

Ability to interacts with occupants and address their concerns related to facilities

Experience working in Facility Management Company.

Must have computer skills, knowledge in reporting.
