With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join the Housekeeping team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of Resort\'s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. Where you will add significant value, identifying ways to further strengthen and, to continuously support in providing outstanding service to our business; ensuring quality and consistency in all that we do.

Where you will assist the Director of Housekeeping with the operations and management of Rooms/Villa section, Public Areas, Laundry, and Floristry areas in an efficient and cost controlled manner and also be able to manage the staffing requirements to meet the demands of the operation and ensuring guest satisfaction through the professional provision of all housekeeping services that meet or exceed One&Only standards. Who can lead a team of Assistant Managers, Coordinators, Supervisors and Attendants, this position will have an innate ability to develop others to achieve the established standards.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Housekeeping. He/She must be highly qualified and must have at least 2-3 years\' experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. He/She must have a background with impeccable attention to details, analytical skills, exceptional training skills, highly talented in motivating others, must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
