What you will be doing:
\xef\x82\xb7Assist in overseeing the housekeeping department\xe2\x80\x99s operations and distributes assignments accordingly ensuring that the service standards are being followed.
\xef\x82\xb7Liaise with the Front Office team regarding the requests of the guests
\xef\x82\xb7Coordinate with Purchasing department regarding supplies requisition and other requirements from vendors to ensure the smooth workflow of the department.
\xef\x82\xb7Ensures the manning is updated and reasonable staffing are on board, develops training plans to ensure standards are maintained, processes requirements for hiring, internal promotions and disciplinary action when required.

Your experience and skills include:

\xef\x82\xb7Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
\xef\x82\xb7Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
