What you will be doing:
Assist in overseeing the housekeeping department\xe2\x80\x99s operations and distributes assignments accordingly ensuring that the service standards are being followed.
Liaise with the Front Office team regarding the requests of the guests
Coordinate with Purchasing department regarding supplies requisition and other requirements from vendors to ensure the smooth workflow of the department.
Ensures the manning is updated and reasonable staffing are on board, develops training plans to ensure standards are maintained, processes requirements for hiring, internal promotions and disciplinary action when required.

  • You know what hard work is and you see a challenge in every situation.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a position as Housekeeping Supervisor or Assistant Manager
