Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
10+ years of estimating experience in UAE fit-out (offices, residential, F&B).
Expertise in CCS Candy estimating software.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and market prices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
