To assist the Document Controller with recording the flow of all financial documents that are sent and/ or received by Finance Shared Services (FSS) team in the financial ledgers
Job Requirements
Education/ Certification and Continued Education
Graduate, preferably in Commerce
Years of Experience
1 to 2 years of office administration / document control experience
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent attention to detail and capable of carrying out tasks efficiently, methodically and accurately
Ability to work under time pressure and highly organised
Languages
Fluent in English
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
Support with receiving all documents for processing financial transactions
Ensure all documents that are received are checked against a pre-defined criterion.
Issue acknowledgement of receipt of documents to all senders.
Assist with ensuring all document details are entered precisely on the office management document tracking software to enable accurate monitoring of the document processing status.
Distribute the documents received to the relevant FSS team for further processing
Assist in ensuring timely intimation of document collection to the intended recipients.
Support in ensuring all queries related to FSS transactions raised on DCO are addressed in a timely manner.
