The Candidate
As Assistant Director of Public Relations you will join a committed team, driven with the intent of delivering \xe2\x80\x98FIVE-star\xe2\x80\x99 experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutions that break boundaries.
We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think \xe2\x80\x98on your feet\xe2\x80\x99 during changing situations is also essential.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Develop strategic PR plan and campaigns for FIVE Hotels & Resorts and oversee the implementation of the approved plan and campaigns
  
• Write, edit and prepare press releases, information and promotional material
  
• Prepare and maintain accurate and update hotel and outlet press kits
  
• Respond to requests for information and enquiries from the media
  
• Strategically lead and execute the promotion of FIVE Hotels & Resorts and its properties
  
• Liaise effectively with operational colleagues and properties to provide support and information to ensure accurate delivery of our brand promise
  
• Coordinate with property on site-inspections for media partners, stay request, experience and follow-up on results
  
• Track media coverage and prepare PR reports
  
• Maintain an up-to-date media database
  
• Actively look for coverage opportunities for the brand and all key hotels
  
• Participate in media familiarization trips and site inspections as required to meet the public relations targets of the hotels
  
• Support the hotels with the development and implementation of their PR plans
  
• Organise PR events e.g. press conferences and product launch events
  
• Drafts speeches and schedules interviews
  
• Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
  
• Building positive relationships with stakeholders, media and the public
  
• Manage an organization\'s reputation and the response to crisis situations
  
• Assist colleagues in matters pertaining to public relations and undertake additional duties as requested
