- Achieve/exceed individual and team revenue goals as assigned.
- Secure, plan and execute all catering function specifics.
- Sell local catering services including meeting and banquet facilities.
- Identify and develop new accounts and maintain existing accounts.
- Support Group Sales Team by assuming responsibility for the planning and execution of all group related functions assigned.
- Maintain integrity of office procedures (filing, BEOs, ready files, etc.).
- Check on in-house functions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree or 2 years same field of service/sales experience.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
