Job Description

The Assistant Director Implementation Manager supports the overall Learning Solutions business and its clients by ensuring that contractual relationships in the region are rolled out successfully. The role requires a successfully working relationship with clients and therefore building and maintaining client relationships is key.

The Asst. Director Implementation Manager will be directly involved in planning and coordinating the roll out of primarily ME & Africa Instructor Led & Blended programs. Support of other regions may be required.

The Assistant Director Implementation Manager role requires the ability to communicate clearly with Learning Solutions Clients, Sales teams, Marketing Team and Training Coordination team to provide consistency in approach to program /contract delivery. The role will require the creation, management and execution of a detailed plan to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Represent Moody’s at Client Meetings and clearly articulate & document action items, decisions, contract terms etc. through a project schedule, minutes etc.
  • Work with teams across the Banking OU to ensure that scheduling, resourcing, and program related activities are tracked and delivered as required contractually.
  • Use Moody’s internal systems such as Workfront to create Client facing schedules.
  • Work closely with Sales, Training Co-ordinators, and Learning partners in the region to ensure the client requirements are scoped, documented, and delivered.
  • Where Programs are at risk, bring teams across the Banking OU together to work on solutions to mitigate the risks.
  • Update senior management and group leaders on a regular basis
  • Act as Customer Success Manager for ME and Africa clients.
  • Assist Sales and Learning Partners with Proposals as required.
  • Travel to client site when required to hold in person meetings.
  • Speaks knowledgeably with clients about the value of instructor-led training and blended solutions. Performs client-facing demonstrations on various web-conferencing platforms and LMS. Advises on platform options for clients’ virtual and blended solutions. Conducts test /orientation calls and troubleshoots issues that prevent successful delivery of the contract.
  • Review’s client feedback and survey post-delivery and works with learning partners to ensure that the feedback drives appropriate change.
  • For complex program roll outs, the position holder will liaise with various departments within Moody’s to ensure the contract is delivered cost effectively and efficiently.
  • Where client contracts are under-utilized the position holder will work with client and with internal Moody’s leads to ensure gaps are closed.
  • 7-10 years of related Program management experience
  • 5 year + experience working with an LMS, training platforms.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and planning ability
  • Bilingual – English and Arabic are preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of planning and execution
  • Process oriented mind-set with a demonstrated history of achievement
  • Ability to logically identify the root cause of problems and get to resolution quickly and efficiently
  • Project Management or related certification preferred.
  • Strong familiarity project management software and Microsoft suite of tools
  • Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Project Management experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in working with Learning Management systems would be beneficial.
  • Experience working with Adobe Connect, Teams and Zoom required.
  • Experience working in a sales assist role would be beneficial.
