Job Profile: Assistant Design Manager

Responsibilities:

Architectural background

8-10 years of minimum experience

Developer or Consulting experience would be preferential, or a mix of both

Deep knowledge of project delivery and construction: Should have a significant number of built and delivered projects in the region.

Strong portfolio in delivering of residential projects, preferably high-rise buildings

GCC experience would be preferred based on the previous projects handled

Qualifications:

Minimum B. Arch (Master\xe2\x80\x99s would be an added advantage)

Proven experience at a senior level in delivering design services within a Work Winning environment and successfully implementing design strategies as well as relevant project experience.

Ability to organize, plan, programmed and manage workloads.
