Act as face and voice of the Tubewash brand for all customer relations and social media community communication, on-site and in office.
Prompt analysis and effective responses to customers face-to-face and online to ensure customer retention.
Engage with potential, existing as well as critical customers sharing information about the company, products and services offered while creating and maintaining trusting connections.
Regular contribution to favorable evaluations online and offline as well as word-of-mouth referrals, to increase revenue.
Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews regularly back to the Management.
Identify and communicate any internal or external areas of improvement back to the Management.
Liaise on-site with the Operations Team and inhouse with Sales & Marketing departments.
Build relationships with industry professionals, media, influencers, clubs.
Stay up to date with digital technology trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, or IT.
1-3 years of customer service experience.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent writing skills.
Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver.
Experienced in social media, PR and promotional events.
Self-driven, ambitious, tech-savvy.
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays.
