Job Description
Job Objectives & Responsibilities
- Act as face and voice of the Tubewash brand for all customer relations and social media community communication, on-site and in office.
- Prompt analysis and effective responses to customers face-to-face and online to ensure customer retention.
- Engage with potential, existing as well as critical customers sharing information about the company, products and services offered while creating and maintaining trusting connections.
- Regular contribution to favorable evaluations online and offline as well as word-of-mouth referrals, to increase revenue.
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews regularly back to the Management.
- Identify and communicate any internal or external areas of improvement back to the Management.
- Liaise on-site with the Operations Team and inhouse with Sales & Marketing departments.
- Build relationships with industry professionals, media, influencers, clubs.
- Stay up to date with digital technology trends.
- BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, or IT.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver.
- Experienced in social media, PR and promotional events.
- Self-driven, ambitious, tech-savvy.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays.
