Welcome and attend to customers, directing them to the appropriate location or workstation, and provide express service by receiving applications and inputting requests into the system for authorization of security items. . Support customer service efforts to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks in line with procedures, delivering quality service according to standards. . Cross-sell and refer high-profile and wealth customers to the OCR for further cross-selling opportunities. . Act as a custodian of security items such as cheque books and returned cheques. . Respond to and attend to branch telephone calls. Key Accountabilities . Perform processing and service functions accurately within specified timelines. . Respond promptly and courteously to internal and external customers, providing clear and adequate information. . Provide on-the-job training to colleagues as requested. . Prepare reports and statistics as requested by line management. Other Accountabilities . Support line management with implementation of changes or other project work as needed. . Undertake other duties at a similar level when required. . Perform duties at a higher level when requested by senior management. Job Context . Welcome and attend to customers, guiding them to appropriate locations and delivering excellent service. . Custodian of security items. . Coordinate with colleagues to achieve branch sales and service targets. Education A degree or diploma in Commerce or a related field is preferred; a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent is required. Experience and Skills Work Experience: 1 to 3 years in a financial institution is preferred. Technical Competencies Compliance, Retail Banking, Basic Customer Service, Basic Sales, Basic Product Knowledge, Basic Core and Regulatory Banking Systems, Basic Process Improvement.
