Job Description

The position Joining Intertrust UAE means working in an international and dynamic environment, with lots of opportunities for personal and business growth. In the role you will be asked to fulfil multiple roles within a small-but-growing local office. We are a dynamic team seeking individuals willing to perform a diverse range of tasks and tackle challenges on a daily basis. The ideal candidate for the position is well organised, possess strong time management skills/works well within deadlines and enjoys working as part of a team. The work includes:
  • Supporting the corporate services team with various administrative tasks such as filings, entity administration, liaison with authorities
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for monitoring projects to ensure deadlines are not missed
  • Assisting the corporate services team with annual file reviews and KYC screenings
Who we are looking for
  • Hard worker that possesses a desire to learn
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Team player
  • Basic knowledge of the UAE legal framework and procedures to incorporate and maintain an entity in the UAE is a plus
  • Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
