ABOUT THE JOB:

Assist the Compliance Advisor with the delivery of the company compliance program in support of ADNOC Group Compliance Policy and associated framework; assist the Compliance Advisor in managing and mitigating the ethics and compliance risks of the Company including Anti-Bribery and Corruption, third party integrity, regulatory compliance, antitrust and competition and international trade controls and sanctions; assist implementing the policies and procedures approved by the CEO and the Board and delivering training/awareness programs

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Assist in the development and administration of the annual Compliance plan.

Provide day-to-day support for the implementation of Compliance Program for the Company and its subsidiaries.

Assist in drafting ethics and compliance processes, procedures and guidelines in support of the Ethics & Compliance policies.

Support the Compliance Advisor for delivering Compliance awareness programs and training to build, compliance culture/objectives and awareness within the Company and its subsidiaries.

Coordinates with Group Ethics & Compliance Department on compliance matters related to the ADNOC L&S and its subsidiaries.

Supports the Function\'s regular reporting obligations as necessary.

Support the business in undertaking regular risk-based assessment of the key compliance risks most likely to impact the Company and its subsidiaries.

Provide support for investigations allegations of non-compliant conduct as required.

Assist Compliance Advisor in reviewing progress on Compliance program implementation.

Assist the Compliance Advisor in ad-hoc projects.

MINIMUN QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE,:

Diploma\'s Degree in Compliance, Law or other suitable similar discipline

2-3 years of relevant experience preferably in top international law / consultancy firms and/or local or international blue-chip corporate/s.

Experience in Shipping/Maritime/Logistics industry is an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
