Our client is a leading Insurance company. They are now looking for a Assistant Commercial Underwriter to join them.Roles & Responsibilities:

To provide technical support/guidance to clients and brokers for any queries
Accurately process all associated data and accounting policy information in the core systems and prepare documentation for client/broker (new/renewal/ endorsement/ invoices/ certificate)
Maintain a clear tracking sheets to proper follow ups with all parties and to maintain the standard customers service as per company SLA\xe2\x80\x99s and guidelines
Report and escalate any subject which needs intervention from the direct manager to maintain the SLAs with UAE clients and brokers
Coordinate and execute timely production of designated policies and ensure the accuracy of the documents in line with the customer/broker agreements
